Kevin is acting as the Interim COO at Momentium, a provider of folding cartons for food, healthcare, and CPG solutions. Formed through the purchase of three separate manufacturers, we are working to leverage the strengths of each location to drive growth.
With more than 25 years of corporate operations experience, Kevin is currently the Principal at Crucible Strategies, a strategic consulting firm focused on transforming global operations, and holds interim C-suite roles at Private Equity portfolio companies.
Kevin has experience in leading manufacturing, global supply chain, and sales teams. Moreover, he has led multiple SAP implementations as Chief Information Officer. He has held executive leadership positions at companies ranging from small, family-run businesses to multi-national corporations, including Vice President Global Supply Chain at Sony Electronics and CSCO/COO at Oregon Tool, where he led 11 factories in 7 countries. He also has experience in a broad range of industries: consumer electronics, precision optics, injection molding, publishing, and organic dairy.
After graduating from Boston University, Kevin served 24 years in the United States Marine Corps, including multiple overseas tours. Reaching the rank of Colonel, he spent significant time in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
